14. Tenant would have a duty to live in a house at least an half of duration from date on lease agreement. In case of termination before after an half of duration, tenant could get back rest of rental charge .
15. Termination lease agreement could be accepted in case of serious problems to a
lessee such as illness, moving to his own country and quitting job or serious
problems on a property .
16. Lrice of apartment which there are much number of households of house rent is most inonger than 1 year lease agreement, would better register to mortgage on a property.
17. In case of fire a property, a lessor would be responsible for it but stolen things, a lessee would be responsible for.
18. Giving a notice to terminate lease agreement, tell agent one or two months before.

19. Before moving-out, an agent and a lessor would check up condition of a property. Should make same condition as before moving-in.
