5.
Selective
Treatment
Policy
AMC
adopts
the
Selective
Treatment
Policy
according
to
clause
2,
article
27
of
the
Medical
Treatm
ent
Law.
Selective
Treatment
is
a
policy
whereby
patients
can
choose
to
be
treated
by
specific
doctors
who
have
worked
as
specialists
for
a
period
longer
than
10
years
or
doctors
who
are
University
Hospital
assistant
professors
and
above
with
ample
medical
treatment
experience.
To
apply
for
Selective
Treatment
either
fill
out
one
of
the
Selective
Treatment
application
forms
placedat
the
Reception
&
Payment
counter,
or
apply
by
telephone.
If
a
patient
receives
Selective
Treatment
they
must
bear
all
additional
expenses
to
standard
treatment
expenses
within
the
scope
set
out
by
the
Department
of
Health.
